The warranty period depends on the roofing materials chosen by customers and specified in the roofing estimate prior to signing of the contract. DVR Roofing warrants that for a specified period from the warranty date, the roofing system will not leak due to the following:

Improper workmanship installation of the roofing system, or

Ordinary wear or tear by the elements

In any case of such leak, DVR Roofing guarantees to repair or replace any defect of material or workmanship within the warranty period at no extra expense to the customers. All materials are warranted by the manufacturer for the period of time indicated in the contract.
